With high school graduations and ceremonies cancelled or gone virtual due to the ongoing pandemic, we at Kamp Kohut wanted to give our former kampers some well-earned recognition for completing this educational milestone. We asked them to fill us in on what they’ve been up to and/or are planning post-graduation. Below is what they (or their proud parents) have told us.

The Kohut Family is so proud of the achievements of these young men and women. We look forward to following their future successes!

Lulu Grader graduated from The Nightingale-Bamford School and will be attending Carleton College (Northfield, MN) in the Fall. Her major is undecided, but she is interested in Chemistry, Geology, and History. This past year, she was a Peer Leader, Co-head of Asian Culture Club and Opera Club, and Class XII representative to the Environmental Board. She attended the Maine Coast Semester at Chewonki in Spring of her Junior year and interned in a lab at Mt Sinai Hospital in NYC the past 2 summers.

Borja Munoz had a great end to high school and is looking forward to starting a double degree in Business and Data Analytics at the University in Madrid. Whenever possible, Borja plays golf and tennis and enjoys hanging out with his friends.

Caroline Forman will be attending Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. She can not wait to start working towards her major in Psychology with a focus on Education.

Caitlyn Wurzburger is going to the University of North Carolina where she will be on the lacrosse team and considering a major in Business Administration. For their June Edition, Sports Illustrated featured Caitlyn on her remarkable achievements in lacrosse. A High School All-American and No. 1 recruit in her class, Caitlyn is the nation’s all-time leading scorer with 1,027 points (503 goals and 524 assists) in her varsity career! A member of the US U-19 Women’s Lacrosse team, Caitlyn won a gold medal at last year’s World Championships! Outside of lacrosse, Caitlyn excelled academically as a member of the Honors Society.
