Kamp Kohut offers several transportation options. Details will be mailed to registered families in the Spring mailing (March/April) and can be found online on the Summer Parent Website.
These options include:
- A chaperoned coach bus from NYC, Westchester, Westport, CT, and Waltham, MA.
- Chaperoned flights from selected airports
- Parent-arranged flights with Kamp pick up from select airports (Portland, Manchester, or Boston)
- Parent/Relative drop-off or pick up at Kamp
All transportation arrangements must be coordinated and confirmed with the Kamp winter office prior to May 1.

Kamp Kohut offers several baggage options. Details will be mailed to registered families in the Spring mailing (March/April) and can be found on the Summer Parent Website.
Campers have three options for shipping their baggage to Kamp Kohut: (please limit baggage to two duffels - not including your camper's “carry-on”):
- Kamp Kohut Baggage Service
If you are taking the Kamp Kohut Bus and choose not to send your
camper's baggage via Camp Trucking, you may send your baggage
through the KK Baggage Service. For your convenience, baggage
will be collected at the same place and time your camper boards
Kamp Kohut Bus. Your campers baggage will meet them when
they arrive at their bunk at Kamp.
Camper baggage returned through KK Baggage Service will meet
your camper when they arrive at their bus stop on the departure
date from camp.
Forms for KK Baggage Service can be found in the spring mailing.
- Shipment by Camp Trucking or UPS/FedEx

Forms for Camp Trucking will be available in your spring mailing.
Camp Trucking will provide Door-To-Door service. Forms are
due to Camp Trucking by the beginning of May.
UPS/FedEx: www.ups.com / www.fedex.com
You may have your camper's baggage shipped to Kamp Kohut by
UPS or FedEx. Your shipment should arrive no earlier than 6/18
for first session and 7/16 for second session.

If you're planning to stay in the area at any time during the summer, we recommend making reservations as soon as possible. Most places book up quickly for the season.
